This is the last substack I’ll be sending stateside. Over the next 6 weeks (!!!), I’ll be traveling in Europe. Don’t worry, I’ll still be sending from the EU but I fully plan to take on a new identity while I’m there. Together we will learn what European Gabriela is like. I even booked a hair color appointment with a colorist I’ve been drooling over for years. I’ll tell her “paint me like one of your European girls”. Maybe I’ll even get bangs. Who freakin knows.
Currently, I’m in packing hell and I write this to you to you while rockin’ a little 5 o’clock shadow. You see, I’m on day 5 of healing from the Moxi laser. Even with a “no downtime” procedure I can confirm there is DEFINITELY downtime.

Plated INTENSE Serum | $258 | 0.5oz | Sorry for the jump scare, but new science isn’t cheap! Exosomes are the new it girl on the market. Doctors are saying they’re even better than doing PRP. You can read more about exosomes in this Vogue article. I can confirm they help with healing! I’ve used it with microneedling as well.
