Blizzard blues
lets shop
I’ve spent an absurd amount of time on the Delta website the past few days. While I am by no means upset that I am not in a blizzard in NY, I do miss my husband. Have had to rebook my flight twice now. Amidst all this, I needed a distraction, and I figured you might also.
But also me in FL while everyone is in a blizzard:
Wanted a puffer jacket that wasn’t a traditional shape, so I browsed eBay and bought this kimono-esque puffer from the Jill Sander x Uniqlo collab. It’s called the J Hybrid Down Jacket, and now I don’t look like the Michelin Man whenever I need to throw a puffer on. Mine came all the way from Japan with tags on (don’t fear Japanese sellers on eBay).
Burgundy leather opera gloves are so chic. The price is fire too.
According to the movie’s makeup artist Siân Miller, you can get Margot’s Wuthering Height’s lip look with this Burt’s Bee’s tinted balm in Rose ($5). Fun fact, they used this on me for the Marvel movie I was in also.
This tiger-striped Ruggable runner is really speaking to me. We attempted to do a tiger-striped area rug when we first moved, but it was too loud. A runner is much more digestible.
Lately, I’m pretty obsessed with the fit of the Childhood jean from Still Here NYC. I have The Cool jeans in white and am also considering buying them in another color.
A return: I splurged and ordered The Row’s Marlo 14. It just looked cheap and didn’t really hold structure the way something at that price point should. Needed to get that off my chest. I’m also maybe just done with the brand tbh.
Blue eyeshadow has been on the brain as of late, and of course, my queen Fara Homidi dropped a delicious eye shadow compact featuring the PERFECT blue. Purchased immediately. Her concealer has been essential to me since it dropped. Make-up artist-owned brands just get it.
Pretty jazzed about my new laptop stand. The height adjusts, it’s baby blue, and it spins 360 degrees.
K18 AirWash dry shampoo is shockingly good. The science isn’t making sense in my brain but it actually makes my hair feel clean despite it being very, very dirty. K18 is truly my hairs best kept secret. The clarifying shampoo has been a shower mainstay for years now.
Briwok Sunglasses ($53) are giving such a fun early 2000’s vibe. I’ve also been wearing her Paloma earrings ($132) non-stop. 1-800-COMPLIMENTS
This Jcrew slip is a fun take on a classic. The ruffles at the bottom add some rizz.
Just wanted to point out that I’m still going steady with this Bioeffect growth factor serum. It’s important to point out things that are still working… I think? Or is that boring? Can you use code GABRIELA for 19% off if you want?
PVC Peplum belt… hear me out. Tibi makes the coolest accessories in my opinion. This could take the most boring out to new heights. Imagine an oversized graphic T with this on top? Genius. I think I want the black vinyl one.
That’s all for now! Let me know what you want to see more of?
