Had some laser touch-ups done recently. This video is spot on, considering they’ve seen more of my intimate parts than even I have. I showed my husband this video, and he didn’t think you actually have to lift your legs and do all of that. I love being a woman.

I’m on a bit of a hair growth journey atm… Got diagnosed with androgenic alopecia a few years back. Lately, my two secret weapons have been the Musely hair solution & Epres bond repair kit. The Musely solution includes minoxidil, retinol + some other goodies to stop hair shedding and promote hair growth. I don’t want to brag, but when I got a haircut the other day, my hairstylist commented on how shiny and healthy my scalp looked (unprovoked). The Epres kit has become my new obsession.
